Now I can't remember, but I do believe that where the Orkney Jump Hole is now, is where the old Tau 29 Jump Hole used to be (it has been quite a few years since I have been to Roussillon)
Now, your Base is 43k from the Orkney JH and 72k from the Tau 29 JH. That is an increase of 29k from your original journey, as I believe that the JH, in Tau 29, is still in the same place.
It takes, I believe, travelling at cruise speed approx 1 minute to travel 20k (so this has added 90 seconds to your journey one way, and therefore a total of 3 minutes both ways).
The Tau 29 JH is 24k from Freeport 6.
So your Journey is a total of 96k, one way, and would take approx 5 minutes, one way, and 10 minutes, both ways.
So, your Request to move your Base to Tau 29, because of the movement of the JH, was denied because the increase in time was deemed not sufficient to grant you this request.
As for you wanting it to become a Zoner Base, this was denied due to us deciding that there was no real reason to, due to any changes made by the Admins/Devs.
