what kind of RP would this be? excellent good, bad, terrible?

well after logging in for the first time in a few days i notice that there are 3 Lane Hackers in the same system as me, Magellan, as i had to pick up supplys and after about 10-15 minutes a Lane Hacker comes to Freeport 4 to disrupt the trade lanes and shooting the NPC's around it and naturally being IMG myself i asked him to stop disrupting the trade lanes and leave the area, he declined but the main thing is after this.
Every, i think it was all as there wasnt other pilots in the system, Lane Hacker in the system came to Freeport 4 outnumbering me 4 to 1 then an Outcast came along in a destroyer now it was 5 to 1 with the Destroyer basically equal to me nevermind the two Gunboats and 2 fighters then out of nowhere a Phantom comes along in an Osiris and as far as i know Phantoms are meant to be the most evil beings within Sirius i would of atleast thought that the Lane Hackers would of joined up to fight the Phantom menace but soon as i start to cruise on out of the area the Phantom CD's me so i fired about 4 shots at most back then over comms i read "all freindlies ENGAGE!" everyone was shooting me 6 seconds later i find my shields down, batteries already ran out, Bots also very low, with 20% hull left then boom i was dead with the Lane Hackers talking civily to the Phantom as if there was no hatred for Phantoms at all

now what Roleplay would you say this was in that an Enemy of everyone, as far as i know, in Sirus was being aided by several Lane Hackers without threats to each other and the fact they had to outnumber an Albatross with 1 Battleship, 1 Destroyer, 2 gunboats and atleast 2 fighters just because i warned a Lane Hacker to stop disrupting the trade lanes and move away from Freeport 4?
