Easier said than done in Kansas copper asteroid field, but it helped a bit. Thanks

In normal view, the rocks Im supposed to shoot tend to dissapear, before I can turn towards them. In cockpit view it is deffinitely better, but the slow turning speed means less rocks to shoot. Also it seems that only 2 turrets are hitting the rocks most of the time. I guess this is turret placement issue.
I understand, that due to the cargo hold size, the mining speed has to be slower for balance reasons. But this seems just too much.
Most Hegemon can hit at same time is 4, since there is 4 weapons at same hight (those turrets at Hegemon "Towers"), so only equip mining guns there, equip guns for defense on other slots.
Best way to mine with Hegemon (or any other mining ship) is in cocpit view while either moving Forward no faster than 15, or dont move at all, just Spining and shooting.
Those 4 on towers can hit at the same time? I mean 2 at the top are almost at the rear of the tower, while those on the bottom are almost at the front of the tower.
Untill I bought Hegemon I never even thought about mining in cockpit view, did not even tried it up untill now. Rhino, Correo, Kamome no problem in normal view. After trying cockpit view in them for comparison, have to say that it does not feel like an improvement in any of them. It is actually more or less worse, than in normal view. (Zoomed in view, cockpit parts blocking view, shaking of the cockpit is annoying.)
Each to his own, but this is not a thing for me, I will stick to normal view. Except for Hegemon, where cockpit seems the only possible way.
I have to agree though on the move forward as slowly, as it seems to make more rocks spawning. Sometimes thrust a little.
