Why is PvP so damn difficult?

I mentioned it to show how things are done diferenty to averege Joe and to to somone who is not averege Joe in standards in this comunity.

Sanctiones were harder to me, he lost few guns, while i lost money, cargo, Equipment, i was trow to some distant base AND i rep hacked(i was forced to sell ship or to give it away for free, i choose second option) despite fact i was victim ( he break rules first, i was forced to counter to his rule breaking by my rule breaking, i was under impression i was attack by noob).
BTW, i Dint log off, i float in space for 45 minutes while i was in forum, even offended admited that.
