This is balanced?

Ok about the osiris it is an order ship so technically, yes the LSF and liberty navy built it, but it is an order ship.

The order has nothing to do with the LSF or the liberty navy.

Actually most people seem to be outfitting their BSs with 2+ infernos, 4+mortars and 2+ missile launchers.

My osiris, though I'd rather have a liberty dreadnought, has got 1 mortar, 1 inferno, the 2 missile launchers it came with when I bought it and the rest are energy turrets.

I can see why pirates, especially those who do more fighting for the corsairs then anyone else, would have an osiris.

I cannot see why the SF and the DVL have them.

The SF has always used liberty and britonian ships, the osiris isn't made by liberty.

The DVL are supposed to be kusari navy, which means no order ships.

The AW I suppose could have got them off zoners, though RP wise it'd probably be better if they used just the battlestars instead of house BSs.

The TG have always used whatever ships were available, mostly britonian or kusari. I suppose thats a benefit of not being a house faction.

The Bs| are apparently linked to the order so that explains why they use osiris's.

The RM have always used rheinland ships, which is pretty good considering how long they've been on here.

So why has pretty much everyone else forgotten all about the RP side of things and gone for ships that will win?

I can't buy the dreadnought for bloodfrenzy because my RP and rep are pirate, which means no house or zoner BSs, and because it'd take weeks to get his rep neutral enough to buy the dreadnought and then get it back to how it should be.

All my TG chars use weapons available from the zoners or the GMG, IMG, britonian police, kusari police.

Both my phantom char use ONLY weapons and ships they can get of any pirate faction, the order, or loot.

But I guess this means I'm one of the few who think carefully about which weapons and ships I want and try to give a good RP reason for having them.

Every single weapon on my TG britonian BS can be explained because they can ALL be used in some form of mining, because the IMG, that the TG are aligned with, are MINERS.

My phantom BS has alot of nomad turrets because the phantoms HELP the nomads.

Yet since I posted a reply so a fellow phantom's question about what turrets he should use EVERY SINGLE DVL osiris I see has them.

Why? What possible reason could they have for using nomad weapons?

The only FP near kusari space doesn't sell them, the kusari have nothing to with the order, and nomad BSs don't drop turrets.

So the only reason they are using them is because they are better then any other turret they can find or have tried.

Which is exactly the same reason the DVL has osiris's.

We seriously need to decide whether this server is going to continue as an RP server or not.
