§1.2.5. Small amount of weapons and ammunition may be transported for the purpose of crew and passenger defense. Freighters and transports with cargo size of less than 2500 units are allowed to carry 1 cargo unit of Munitions and Light Arms or Side Arms. Gunboats, permitted civilian carriers, yachts and transports with cargo size of 2500 units and more are allowed to carry up to 3 cargo units of Munitions and Light Arms or Side Arms. Liners are allowed to carry up to 5 cargo units of Munitions and Light Arms or Side Arms.
- §3. of Article Three (Domestic Manufacturing Protection Act) removed because it had no use
- Planet Saarbrucken returned to state property again
