New PC

Hello, guys! Long time no see

I'm thinking to upgrade my PC this year on black friday. I have a budget of around €400 and 3 options:
1. Keep my old motherboard and go for older but better parts than the ones I have now;
2. Make a new AMD PC from scratch;
3. Make a new Intel PC from scratch;

I personally prefer AMD because it does its job and it costs less than Intel. What I want from this new configuration is to allow me to play games like Fallout 4, Mass Effect Andromeda, Just Cause 3, on medium-high video settings. My old PC doesn't allow that. I have very low fps. I also need it to be able to run some CPU demanding software for my work (Photoscan, ArcGis and so on.)

Harddisk: WD Caviar Blue 500GB, a new SSD for Windows

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1400, 3200 MHz, 8MB, Socket AM4
Video card: ASUS Radeon RX 560 O4G Gaming, 4GB GDDR5, 128-bit

Harddisk: WD Caviar Blue 500GB

Harddisk: WD Caviar Blue 500GB
