Yeah, that's their choice to starve. There was a thread in the rules forum awhile back about the IMG Freeport having a similar "no fighting/pirating" zone around it, but openly attacking IMG vessels? If they don't apologize and nicely ask forgiveness, kill them the next time you see them.

normally i would after sending a warning and such as we dont want another Holman to happen (and for those who dont know a stray shot from the Battleship Nagasaki hit Holman kill about 128 civilians) but i dont exactly want to be gangbanged by an entire fleet who outmatch in terms of numbers, technology and ships every single time i issue a warning and try to flee the area
