It is a shock to me that they have come forward to offer peace. It only took about several months to come back to the table. And as much as I want to fully put this behind us I cannot but pause from the statement that you have given previously. I'll go through each one line by line and explain.

10k Exclusion Zone around Freeport 11 for Zoner Laws. Exclusion of hostile vessels on a request by request basis ONLY.

Core AND Order Vessels banned from Freeport 11 for mutual exclusion to disallow one side to gather resources directly from Zoners in Delta.

Any Zoner craft found with Nomadic materials are to have said materials destroyed on sight or handed over to Core Forces. No Exceptions.

I want a peaceful end to this conflict like any other, but it must be done so in the balance for both sides to prosper. No one side giving the other too much room. No 49% to 51%....
