To those concerned,
As some rumor has probably revealed, the Ingenuus Research Group did, in fact, initiate an effort for peaceful relations with the Core. Though they have taken so many actions against us and our allies, we do not believe we can sustain a conflict with them. I don't need to make this clear to anyone, we all know it to be true. So rather than continuing to suffer losses, our group, in light of Finn's return, moved to act to our mutual benefit. We do recognize that there are, and still will be sour and bitter feelings on both sides; but I can only hope that our mutual cooperation leads to relations that at least yield us some semblance of ease. We have a greater enemy, and for many of us, that enemy is the reason we seek deregulated research. I'm not going to pretend that we are the militia that defends the Edge Worlds from the Nomad threat, but many of us, including civilians can conclude that if mankind fight among itself, it will fail. Our people have grown weary, and the conditions will only worsen if we hold additional enemies. Our group, as stated before already has conflicts with operations due to the Corsairs, but none of these states of diplomacy are permanent. We can make a change for the better; for the progress of human kind. We may not like the idea of being friendly with an enemy, but when there are two men left standing when everything else crumbles, there are no heroes. We can't afford to keep going on the way we are, we must press on.
