****INCOMING TRANSMISSION****

COMM ID: Operative Griffin
TARGET ID: ESRD reporting center; HIGHCOM
SUBJECT: Meeting with the DWR
ENCRYPTION: HIGH
PRIORITY: HIGH

Greetings Command,

myself, operative Saturn and operative Guard met with two representatives of the Bundschu organization 'Die Weise Rose'. We discussed ways to help each other out. They asked if we could take refugees from Nuremberg and offer them asylum. Also, they asked if we could send them supplies for the people on Nuremberg as well as permission to use Rheinland Revolutionary craft in Liberty.

In return they offered information about the current status in Rheinland as well a continuous updates on the matter. Another point was that they are attacking the BDM and inform us about new technologies they find amongst the BDM. Last but not least the will assist us in securing the border and weakening the Unioners. We agreed to assist against the Unioners in Bering if the need arises.

I'll attach the whole blackbox recording in case I missed something and for a deeper explanation.

Griffin out.

Signing out,
Operative Griffin
Liberty Navy, First Fleet

Code:
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Not all of them have to go there.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Is that number growing?
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: It surely will.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But normally we house them for a few days or weeks.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Those have been with us for months now.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: And we need to evacuate others as well.
DWR|Albert.Weis: Unfortunately, Nuremburg is a dying world, so refugees are guaranteed to keep coming to us.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: We would need something from them in return, if it is citizenship they seek.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Some of them already are citizens.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: They were on Nuremberg for private reasons.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: And well, they seek a new life.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: I can propose a suggestion for the others then
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Which would be?
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: The only thing they have to offer I imagine...years of service.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That sounds quite tough.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Those that want to emigrate to Liberty have nothing.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Isn't Liberty a free land?
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: For citizenship, pay, clothing and food.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Well, that is out of my responsibility, Agent.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: a few years in the service isn't much to ask
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: What I do is saving those people.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But that isn't the only reason we ask for those exceptions.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Due to our status, we are often forced to rely on ships that Liberty considers as illegal.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The Rheinland revolutionary ships, as you class them.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Start tough.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: I can assure you that under our signs, none of those ships will bring harm to anyone in Liberty.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But we can't always choose to fly legal ships.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Our intentions are clear and lawful.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Correction, Citizenship through military service is usually given for asylum requests coming from such backgrounds.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: For refugees, normal asylumn proceedures apply.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Meaning no Military service is needed.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That is good.
DWR|Albert.Weis: Thank you for the clarification, Mount Hood.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Sir...Military service would help them secure the education for future jobs.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: But, if it is the law.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: then so be it
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: A good example would be the Political refugees coming from the fallout after the Rheinland-Liberty war.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: When we took in... lots of them.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Well either way
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: there are options
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: We can work something out I'm sure.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We're also ready to assist the Navy if needed.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: About the ships, if your organisation means no harm. How will we identify you?
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: You can identify us by your transponders.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We are not going there under any cover.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Oh..good.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Then there also is the thing about information.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: So you are asking for the same status the VWA had in Liberty, according to our Laws?
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Exactly.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: Alright, continue. Informations are valuable.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Liberty and Rheinland being at peace is a... humble way to put it.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The BDM is highly aggressive towards anything that comes from Liberty.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: A cold war is going on in secret.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That's why we treat the BDM the way it should be, like filth.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: It's no secret that we still don't get along too good.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: They are traitors of their own nation and need to be put down.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The BDM has no loophole in Liberty that grants them information.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But you could have us for that.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We have a public broadcast.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: You can receive the codes and will be able to listen to what is going on behind the curtains.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Moreover, we would inform you about any technological advancement that the BDM has, should we see it.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: I would prefer information being relayed.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: It is information for the people that support us.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: And if internal sources are possible. Then by all means.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: And there is another point.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Logistics.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: We might need more than a public broadcast about the current events in Rheinland. We need detailed reports, not a civilan
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: broadcast.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That can be arranged.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We could establish a secret channel for the exchange of information.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: As I was saying. Relayed information.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: However, you can still access the broadcast, who knows what it will get you. That is your choice, though.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: A public broadcast is still appreciated.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: In fact pretty useful to keep up to date.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Very nice.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Broadcasts determine the audience and the directions you choose.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: However, we would like BDM information to be relayed though specific channels as well.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Alright, we can establish that.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Then, next point.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Sir, I am needed elsewhere
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Where was I? Oh, logistics.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: If internal sources can be secured, then that is even better.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Apologies, but permission to fall out?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Granted.
[LN]-ESRD|Saturn: Sir.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: Logistics, I take it you need something. What would that be?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Provided that objectives remain the same as with the previous bundschuh representatives, logistic support will be-
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: granted as well.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Well, a safe way to supply ourselves would be very useful, less dependence on others.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: The VWA and LLS had a histroy of cooperation, a few years back.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: We provided emergency supplies during the last Nuremberg crisis.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: So that is something we can get.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: I understand.
DWR|Albert.Weis: I remeber being a part of that operation. It yielded much success in evacuating Nuremburg.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Indeed.
DWR|Albert.Weis: Even more so to those who couldn't leave.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Another point to come across would be securing the Rheinland border which is currently quite problematic.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: All sorts of new contacts have appeared since the war.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The Bering side?
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: Also due to the Harmony and Unioner alliance.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Bering more so. It's looking more like a wasteland hive nowdays.
DWR|Albert.Weis: From what I know, Bering has a lot more criminals, and Hudson seems to have the occasional Cultist attack.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: The orange alliance, outcasts and their cardamine market, hackers, rogues.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: All being supported by the Unioner presence, serving as a shield for Navy separatists operating under harmony.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Well, ja, we occasionally fight the Unioners there.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That Harmony directly assists them now was unknown to us before.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: We can, assault these elements, however only from one side of the border.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Harmony are separatists, indoctrinated by the fake directives of a defecting Rear Admiral.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: What made them defect?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: What makes them all defect?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Just like the legion's claims and the hackers to cover their agendas.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Sometimes it has a useful reason. What the reason is for them? I don't know.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: What is it that they claim as their agenda?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Fighting the corrupt Navy under nomad influence.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Hm. That sounds very... strange.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The Nomad part especially.
DWR|Albert.Weis: Nomad influence? Didn't you eject a division a year ago that was infected?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: And anything that sounds strange, isn't right.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: That was not from the navy. Those are LSF matters, undisclossed to my access.
DWR|Albert.Weis: Hmm...
DWR|Albert.Weis: Interesting. Well go on.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Harmony however is our matter. We are currently still processing information from our last operations in bering.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Action will be taken soon, however that may not be your primary concern.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Problems in Bering for us are mainly the Unioners, indeed.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Now that they own a battleship even more.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: I wish to remind you that the rationales have changed. The Navy can no longer help you against the RM and the federal-
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: government.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: I am aware.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: However we can still provide support in other ways.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: And so can we.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: Although we can assist against the Unioners in Bering, if the need arises.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: The new rationale are the BDM skirmishes, and the border issues.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That would be very welcome.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We're taking care of the BDM in Rheinland as good as we can.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: We can currently clear out the border, however we can only assault from one side.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We are treating Unioners and the BDM as radical as possible.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: The bundschuh may as well intercept their supply convoys and disrupt their operations on the other side.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That happens occasionally.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Mostly it is us shooting their patrols.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Sometimes they come to 'visit' us as well.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Unioners are known historical collaborators of the Liberty criminals, and as such that would be quite efficient in-
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: destroying their black market and connections.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The LSF should take care of those connections from the Liberty side.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But die Herren, be advised that currently what we can do can only happen in small pieces.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We are still not the reigning force in the Bundschuh movement.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But if we manage to push the Bundschuhpartei away and replace it with ours, we will be much more powerful.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: That is understandable. Thats why I am not expecting any large scale assaults, but rather raids on their operations.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Another thing to mention is that while in liberty to be wary of any contact with Xeno or Hellfire units.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Ja, Xenos... but those are lunatics.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The Hellfire Legion is a bigger threat.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: But we'll see.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: I couldn't find any incidents about the VWA and them.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Maybe they won't mind us.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Xenos have a long tradition of shooting outsiders and Hellfire once was a RM collaborator during the war and will try-
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: any radical means to get even the smallest advantage.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Then we'll help in the fight against them if needed.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Obviously, however their interests are only focused internally.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: That could be hard, since they only act inside the core worlds of Liberty.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: And even there, mainly the regions conecting to Bretonia.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Right.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: The it is possible that we don't encounter them at all.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Anything else you'd like to bring up?
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Nein, I think that was all.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Very well, I will expect a transmission to the Division and High Command. Forward us any details there. In turn we will-
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: notify governmental institutions and the other divisions.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: If there's nothing else to discuss. Anything worth mentioning before we part?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Oh and one more thing.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: The communist threat has reapeared in Bretonia.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: The coalition.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: What does it have to do with us?
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Within possibilities, avert their blood-sucking influence in rheinland. So that it does not spread.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Alright.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: guard: There has been a few occasions of them showing up in the independent worlds.
DWR|Albert.Weis: They have directed most of their attacks in Rheinland against civilians, from my knowledge. Take Regensburg, for example.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: We didn't quite support that attack.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: That's why we weren't present.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Exactly my point. They will aim anywhere and they do not spare anyone.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Until they are met with missile barage that is.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: *she smirks*
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Well, we will remember it.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Understood.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: We'll be expecting a communication soon.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: until then, good luck out there.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Very well. You too.
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: Safe skies.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Herr Weis, back to Frankfurt with us.
DWR|Albert.Weis: Alright. I'm already in formation.
[LN]-LNS-Mount.Hood: Guard: Griffin, on formation. We're RTB. Setting course..
[LN]-ESRD|Griffin: Yes Ma'am.
DWR|Albert.Weis: That went better than I expected.
DWR|A-H.Wunderbring: Mhm.
