I think its more than enough. People shouldn't just log for events

Then think again. Its official statistic and any gameserver admin MUST know that any player who play any game more than 6 months and less then a 2 logs in MORE OFTEN (average 1.5x) EXACLY to join some kind of event. Numbers may vary from game to game depending on time needed to achieve maximum character/account condition as 100% for first number and 20% for second, but the axiom works the same way for any game. And 2 things u need to do:

1). Create event interesting for beginners to make them feel comfortable and give them ILLUSION of faster progressing
2). Repeat this for top players to hold them after they reach everything possible in game

and HERE before 4,84 was flyin 200 players every night for 1 reason - CHANGES that was interesting, global and frequent. Now here are no interesting changes last years. i was here last time 1 or 2 years ago and when i re-join week ago i see almost the same game i leaved and now online never reachs 100 So i think someone must do someshing or disco will die as many other popular mods. Guys 200 000 players a day playn Diablo 2 created in 1995! And reason is the same - changes 12 y.o. kid knows nothing about balance and game engine. He needs just more guns, more cool shaped ships, atd one thing he needs is "MORE!". Give him MORE and ur server will shine like a star until the end of the times
