I think you should have one place in Sirius that would sell Jump Drive Batteries for far less and that people can have access to but also fight around. It would make it an attractive spot and will add some logistics like before when fuel had different prices everywhere so you could choose if you wanted the trouble of getting cheap fuel or settle for expensive.

That being said, I already solved my personal problem with it.

That would lead to people trading the batteries by buying them on your station for cheap and proceeding to the nearest base to make a lot of money. It is good the way they are currently.
