I got speed fan it seems to show my comp temp is about 68-72c I and my fans speed was a little over 4000 RPM and for the second 3000 RPM what else could I do to help this (also some advice with the vid card)

BTW It's summer in New York so it's a little hotter now.

Played FL and it jumped to 102!

But it cools down when I exit to start menu.
