Get a battleship's shields down and that thing would destroy it in one shot, even with armor upgrades.
It'd also one-shot every fighter and bomber in the blast radius, and 500m isnt exactly a 'small' area.
Nope. It would get BBs shields down. And it wouldnt kill fighters, it would only take their shields down.
Also we are talking about upgradeing BBs hull by x10, so it would take out about 7% of their armor.
So it would be used for takeing out their weapons.
Also BBs hull is about 200-500 m wide, so the fighter would have to be inside 400m of the right side of BB.
Also it would probably take out some friendly fighter at 5-6k fight.
Oh and for 1hit at other then BBs... Did you ever see a 120m cruiser survive a nuclear warhead that hits directly at it?
Yeh... Maybe if it was made from a 100% diamond...
