Under the most recent circumstances that had been happening in the Rheinland's Sigmese Border led me to believe that survelliance of that part of our glorious Vaterland is top priority of the Operation, which - by the [geschwärzt] order is to be reactivated. This does not change the fact that primary directive is constant to keep an eye on the civil war in Kusari and decide upon the eventual victor to allow us to adjust the proper approach towards either governmental institution. For the time being, the Rheinland's government has not changed the official stance towards Kusari Exiles, nowadays known as Imperial Kusari Navy. However, all the operations within Taus are to be done in the covert manner.

For the time of crisis between GMG and Rheinland, the members of Votanvogel Staffel are allowed to cooperate with unlawfuls or other similiar entities against Gas Miners Guild. If you have to strike against civilian vessels or installations in Sigma-13, do so. There is nothing more crucial than safety and integrity of our glorious nation. In addition, you are more than welcomed to cooperate with Polizei in capture of possible GMG blockade runners and elimination of trespassers.

When it comes to Bering System incident rolling around Freeport 2, you have a free hand to decide if you want to act in there as well. Although this is not advised due to lack of direct access, we should be careful about the course of events in there. Restrict yourself to civilian-based vessels though.
