In fact, publicly stating the base's location, and the fact that there will be people that bounties can be claimed on present, and you'll get a herd of peeps.

Don't know if the Mollys know that the base is core 2, they might be attacking right now (//when honest People have to work in the middle european timezone) or after midnight (//when said honest People have to sleep), so being present all the time is difficult...
