If you saw me you saw the AFA because he was with me the whole time and I was never far enough away to be off scanners, but even assuming somehow you missed him when you first went back for me you would have seen him when you hit cruise and intercepted us, right?
When you did notice the AFA who was right there with me, you didn't think you might have violated the cruise to catch up rule then?
I guess it brings up another rules question. If a fight goes two directions and you end up 4k or 10 k away from the rest of the fight and kill your target is using cruise to get back to the other part of the fight illegal?
