The biggest question is how long/far is it considered same fight?
Gun range? Scanner range? System?
Also note that the one part of the fight has "ended".
But the other part of the fight was still going on, so the question isn't just how far/long, it's can you cruise to get back to a part of a fight that you left, when it is still going on.
You left me with the AFA to chase the CG, when you were done shouldn't you have assumed that hitting cruise would be fleeing? I have always been told it was. It was the same fight after all.
Shouldn't you have then asked what the situation was, especially when you saw the AFA and I were still together, like when you left us?
