No I'm saying apperantly they think taking ideas from one mod is okay. Where you think we should be making everything our own. No it takes 2 seconds of firing with a BS to kill a fighter. And you know NO fighters are going to sit still if they see a BS flying torwards them.

I've seen a total of three people agree with you so far. That's a bit shy of "everyone". I still don't see why you're debating this with me though. Do you mean that capital ships shouldn't have better antifighter capabilities? Gunboats especially.

In the end it's all gravy, "someone else" is going to decide what happens with this mod. Not you or me. But take into account what you're saying here. It's not much different from the problem with the Talon / Raven Claw. You take gunboats, battleships and the like and make them beefy to the point where a fighter shows up and they laugh. Who is going to be left flying fighters?

You also have to take into account that the author of Freeworlds might be a little objective of someone taking their work and making a carbon copy of it, but that's besides the point. I know what you meant was to mimic the basic idea of it.
