First i would like to address you Diana Starr.

You use the term "True Zoner's" yet your statement is more A akin to a soldier, something "True Zoner's" Are not. Alot of Those Zoners who have unfortunately lost their lives during the conflict were not even fighting in the conflict because they were "True Zoners" keeping out of combat and hoping diplomacy would win through.

Any TRUE ZONER knows that our way is a way of diplomacy and neutrality, all the time we were defending we were trying to be diplomatic but we continued to fight because we had to.
I've said it before that its not because we forget the actions and words of the Core but because the memory is raw in our minds, we are not soldiers we are not a military, we did what we must because we had to stop the needless loss of life. You honestly think those who have been lost would rather we keep on fighting? No they would rather we settle things in order to safeguard more lives.
The Core were the ones to seek peace, and they have done nothing to change our place in Delta, Freeport 11 is still the home of Many Zoner's its still operated by a Zoner Administrator, so these threats for ousting us out of our homes was nothing but threats from the warmongering predecessors to the current Guild Mistress.
So yes "True Zoners" will remember this, they will remember this was the right decision to make for the greater good.
And the order? your right they came to our Aid, but that Aid dwindled and yet the Core still came, then before even the peace was made, we were attacked by a refreshed nomad menace, but it wasn't the Order who came, it was the Core, like it or not the Core, not the Order are the power in Delta and they offered peace and a chance to re-stabilise the system, what have the Order done? nothing but threats on us and our people.
So do not throw the term "True Zoner" until you know what it means to be one.


Now to you Miss Hunt.

Point 1: The Carthage Modular Station is a joint operation between the Core and we Zoners, the station itself will be run and maintained by Freeport 11 as an extension with the Core over seeing its operations.

Point 2: Im unsure about this question however the system itself will return to i presume the case where Core and the Order will flex to see whos in control but as with the peace agreement we accept the Core to be the main power in the system. In regards to the Carthage as long as you are not a full on enemy of the Core there should be no issues

Point 3: As per the peace treaty no one faction will have out right control of Carthage.

I appreciate your concerns as they are ones shared during the Peace talks however the Core have given us little reason Thus far despite their history to distrust them. As i say the station will be controlled jointly however your fears are warrented and is something i will bring up with the rest of the Confederation and to be discussed with the Core themselves so more clarity can be had.
