In lue of recent events between the Order and Zoners, it has become apparent that our arsenal must be expanded and militarized to repell this new threat. I'm requestion authorization to purchase and operate two each AP-385 "Pleco" Core Gunboats exclusively for the Ingenuus Research Group. Myself and Director Erzie will be the sole operators of these vessels, with plans to modify the primary armaments to fit its role in our fleets and our mutual benefit. 100,000,000 cr. will be paid to the specified account if you choose to accept this agreement.

If for any reason APM would like the vessels returned, such a return will be completed within three business days, where the gunboats will be returned to Core service at no less than full service of weaponry, armor reinforcement, and engine maintenance.
