The message about to follow sketches only my personal views on the situation at hand, and not that of the Overwatch as a whole. It saddened me to hear that the Admiral approved combat operations against the Freeport, but I can kind off see why the decision was made. It has been told in the previous communications that this station is a joint venture between the Freeport and the Core. As you well know, the Core is one of our major adversaries in the Omicrons, due to the fact that their leader is an infected person, and the risk represented itself that the entire Core is compromised. Do you lot remember when the Core sieged your Freeport, twice? How many lives were lost? Hundreds? Yet here you are, making a 180 degree turn against your allies, stabbing them all in the back and allying with those who would want to enslave you and take away all your personal freedoms? Mark my words, the time will come that you will come to regret siding with the Core. With this I look towards you admininstrators, IRG, OSI and the CoF. Please, whilst you might not take my words for truth, be wary of your back at all time when dealing with them. You didnt just turn your backs on us by making peace, but you abandoned your neutrality the second you sided with them and approved their annex. Sure, its a joint management, but the fact that the Core owns a major stake in it, makes it a target. If you wish to resolve this, return to the status quo. Treat us the same way you treat the Core. Mutual powers, mutual rules. Towards all those who were hurt in the assault, that wanted nothing to do with this. My apologies for your losses. I doubt these words will make up for much, but they had to be said. I implore you, please... If you wish to avoid further harm, help evacuate the civilians, the innocent families from the Freeport. Stray bullets aimed for the Core fleet and the Fort might hit the freeport, and the losses can potentially be catastrophic. Steer clear of the freeport. Let us take care of those who choose to enslave you, so you may continue your lifes of freedom in peace and quiet, just like the old days before the Empire of Omicronis took its shape as a dark cloud over the skies. Our assault isnt aimed at Freeport 11, but at the annex that we so despise. Nevertheless it doesnt hurt to be prepared. Know that we intend no harm towards you, if you do not belong to the Core or support their interests. For your own safety, and that of your families and friends onboard the station, evacuate and seek refuge on the neighboring bases in Omicron Kappa.
