Greetings citizens of Omicron Delta, comrades in arms, newfound friends.

It is true that in the past we had our differences. We can not deny that we have both shed blood and lost kin to one another in the past. Alas, as much as we wish, no mortal's action could ever bring back those we mourn for every night when we close our eyes and the memories of what had been flash in our heads. Would those we lost wish we carry on this senseless conflict until either side is obliterated? Or would have they wished we never made this mistake at all? Guildmistress Loyola and the Confederation of Freeports saw how destructive our conflict was and instead chose the only sensible way out of it, the one that would spare any more lives from forever being lost to both our side.

Port Carthage was supposed to be this symbol of a new chapter in Delta's history, a chapter of peace and prosperity. We understand that some of you might have felt falsely misled because this project was began in the shadows without any celebration or any notification on the public channels. But rest assured we only kept this secret to avoid any attention of those who would wish to see our peace perish as quick as it was born. To our dismay our concerns proved true and as we all know the Golanski's murderers declared siege upon the installation as soon as they set eyes upon it. Rest assured people of Delta, their reckless attempt to raze what we had both accomplished side by side would not break our bond but only strengthen it as we have now something to fight for as comrades not as enemies.

As we speak the Core paramilitary is moving ground personnel to Carthage to assist with the security of the station and prevent any dissidents and enemies of Delta's peace and coexistence to wreck havoc from within it's reinforced alloy walls. Though worry not, this does not mean the Core has seized control or plans to do so. This extra measures of security are only temporary so that Carthage's construction and reinforcement continues unhindered. Rest assure this trade hub will open it's doors to all of you once it's construction is finished, but until then we regret to inform you all that it will be held under strict access control and locked for people not involved in it's construction and maintenance.

As a sign of good will and symbol of our new fellowship the station will soon flash Freeport 11's colors of peace and neutrality as this is much more your installation that it is our own. AP Manufacturing owns a third of the station while the rest is split between Ingenuus Research Group and Omicron Supply Industries. We do not wish to rule over you, we only wish to coexist and bring prosperity to Delta. Let this joint venture not lead us into more bickering but instead bring the long awaited peace to the dark void which we call our mutual home. Let us be brothers and sisters standing side by side and not enemies, let us finally bury the old hatchet which has costed both of us so many loved ones. Those who initially provoked the hostilities between the Core and the Zoners of Freeport 11 are the same people who now try to break this new union between us, they are the true warmongers who saw interest and personal gain in the deaths of our people. Now that peace is at hand the masks have fallen and they have revealed themselves for who they really are. Let us not fall for their taunts, let us not slip into conflict yet again.
