A long sigh is released as Emiko see's Shepard speaking her piece over the comms, looking out the window to the space before her, the sun of Delta, its nearby world in the distance and the Freeport hovered in place like a still painting. She motioned with her hand to a red hologram of her AI Ruby in the corner of the room, it'd flash away, before appearing next to Emiko soon after. "Ruby..record a message for me please." "As you wish Emiko."

Emiko sat down on the captains chair which was made out of dark tanned leather, she paused for a minute, staring at the still space painting. "Shepard...you owe me your life...twice I saved you, and the second time I even questioned my own humanity in doing so...perhaps I will never know what drove me to save you tonight...perhaps thats for the better, or maybe the worse...I can't tell, as I still can't wrap my head around this situation that you call just and right..." Emiko shook her head, laying it against the headrest of the chair as she looked to Ruby

"You make me question many things, even your humanity...perhaps I misplaced mine in saving you...yet...I still think it cried out for the kindness and brotherhood that is left there after all these years.." She looked away, facing outside again "...I'll never understand you Shepard..perhaps thats where were different in a sense...but..." she looked over at the camera again "Each time you fight, I will save you...perhaps its my humanity that cries out to do so..."

She sighed, waving her hand, the message ends as she stands and walks to the guard railing looking outside
