It is with joy that I announce you that I have been chosen to succeed to Haog, thus becoming the Cult of the Oracles' new High Exarch.
From now on, I shall be the beacon for our Cult, a beam of light within the universe's darkness. A beacon of knowledge for whoever seeks knowledge. Soon, I shall make contact with either Orin or Ophelia in order to be briefed on the various Oracle activities and their progress.
From now onwards, I shall become the beacon of light that the Oracles are seeking in these dire times. As the universe is shifting, we shall adapt to it, like our Teneants always teach us: Learn. Understand. Master. Unify.

I would point out the last Teneant - Unify - as it is the most important of them. In short, the Oracle that learned, understood and mastered the three other Teneants is able to lead the Oracles under his vast knowledge. This is what I shall do as High Exarch.
I will be honest with all of you - the burden I now bear upon my shoulders is heavy, but I will not step aside. I shall uphold my duty, as the Light will always support me.
