¡Distinguidos Brettonias Valorian Wingspan!

I think it is fair to say that the Corsair's way of approaching the case is very considerate and we hope to keep it like this. However, this also depends on the counterpart - which in this case is you and the CoF you represent at the moment.

You request physical proof of the actions of the IRG?

I urgently suggest you subpoena the Freeport 11 Administrator Kyu Akibara and Dr. James Erzie to testify in front of a CoF jury if you have not done this yet.

That would be the way to approach a case that has the potential to end in more than just an exchange of more or less polite messages. IRG Zoners created a situation that has led to an unavoidable massive confrontation in Delta, again. The center of it is Freeport 11, again. Those who suffer most are Zoners, again.

Furthermore, take witness statements of the crew members of the {CoF}-White.Fox, a vessel that was also directly involved in the fighting and that was heavily damaged when it charged the Corsair fleet twice in one battle together with a phallanx of Core warships. The survivors can explain their alliance with the Core and their surrender of Zoner neutrality - the essence on which the existence of Zoners in the embattled Omicron Delta relies.

The CoF is the party that should be most interested in getting to the bottom of the IRG affair to avert more potential damage.

I will attach a few pieces of intel and the attached questions in here, but the Council firmly believes that it is not our responsibility to prove the wrongdoing of the IRG, but it is your responsibilty to defuse an explosive situation that suicidal IRG decisionmaking created.

As I can only say again: these are your people that are leading your people towards another fight they can only lose. It will be your Freeport that could end up in flames again, it will be your families that will be mourning the dead and wounded again. We do not want this to happen.

But there is no way the Corsair (and many other parties) can accept Core control of Freeport 11.
As IRG has proven in their actions, they want this alliance with the Core and regard them as their protectors, a move that would automatically mean the return to violent confrontation - with Freeport 11 again in the center of it.

It's only the CoF and its influence on IRG and Zoners that can keep more damage from happening.

The IRG's suicidal decision to abandon neutrality and to embrace the Core as a protective power has to be reverted. Corsairs and Zoners have fought on the same side against the Core when they laid waste to the Freeport. Back then we fought to defend FP11's neutrality. Yesterday, we again fought for the neutrality of FP11 because there is no alternative for Zoners in Delta but full neutrality.

You know that. I know that. So let's work towards that goal together.

The Core and IRG|Itherael pictured in the counterattack on Corsair vessels after the NEMP attack on the Corsairs forced the fleet to regroup. Notice that there is also a {CoF} vessel is in the Core-Zoner attack formation.

My question:
Is this where a neutral Zoner should be and what it should do?
Should it be flanked by Core warships?
Should it be trying to sneak cloaed into Corsair ranks to jump them away?

Quote:[08.11.2017 22:08:30] {CoF}-WhiteFox: Von: Corsair ships..this is pointless..there are no Zoner hostages, nor is Port Carthage a threat to you
[08.11.2017 22:08:36] IRG|Itherael: J: Corsairs, you are not welcome here.
[08.11.2017 22:08:44] WV-Sarmatae: Amber: hm.. won't be much help against the small ones.
[08.11.2017 22:09:40] Core|Jackson,Clyde: Spotted enemy of the Imperium, engaging. Gloria Aeterna!
[08.11.2017 22:09:40] IRG|Itherael: J: Leave immediately Corsair.
[08.11.2017 22:09:49] 2017-11-08 22:09:47 SMT
[08.11.2017 22:09:49] Vencedor[TBH]: No.
[08.11.2017 22:09:51] Vencedor[TBH]: You leave.
[08.11.2017 22:10:00] IRG|Itherael: J: Or I could snuff you out instead.

While the CoF Commander at least tried to behave like a Zoner, the commander of the Itherael fit very well into the attack formation of the Core and I assume he was too sure that he would emerge the victor. I am sure the commander of the White Fox can tell you everything about that counterattack.

The IRG Administrator of FP11 seems to have lost his mind when he threatened the Order only thinly veiled and only hours after the NEMP attack with the repeated use of such a weapon. This is not a Zoner, but a dangerous creature.

This image was taken moments after a scuffle in Delta when the 3 Corsair warships suddenly found themselves in O49. The well-known Carrier IRG|Itherael was responsible for the jump-abduction.

This shows how IRG vessels set up Corsair vessels, then jump the vessel out and it vanished when it was alone with two IRG ships. When you question the IRG, inquire about this please because it looks suspiciously like a violent attack plotted by the IRG against an unknowing Corsair, facilitated by the advanced jump abduction technique that Dr. Erzie is so notoriously known for.

[17.10.2017 06:10:31] IRG|Lysimachus: L; Greetings.

[17.10.2017 06:11:20] IRG|Itherael: J: Hm. Bummer.
[17.10.2017 06:11:35] IRG|Itherael: J: Tally ho then.
[17.10.2017 06:11:35] IRG|Lysimachus: L; Ofcourse.
[17.10.2017 06:14:57] Death: CNS-Valiente was divided by zero.

Damning evidence also exists about the Core and their leadership, that's the group that the former Administrator wanted to embrace. There is more than just rumors that the Core Guildmistress Loyola is infected by nomads. Furthermore, the following quote might question the peace-loving nature of the Core leader that the FP11 Administrator used to praise.

Quote:[17.06.2017 19:38:53] Enma.Loyola.: Most of the Liberty population should be exterminated, not just Amanda.
[17.06.2017 19:39:00] Sapphire.Raven: Of course.
[17.06.2017 19:39:08] Sapphire.Raven: Incompetence is a common trait here.

Furthermore, this picture provided by the Order puts up more than just one question: Why isn't there gunfire? But instead of it, calm talk between the now-Guildmistress of the Core, the ex-Guildmistress of the Core / now-Auxesia leader, an Outcast (known Nomad-worshippers), a Nomad-Cult of the Outcast and a real nomad? In the version Core wants to make you believe, they are the protectors against the alien menace. Does this look like a fight to you, in which the Guildmistress heroically fends off the undoubtable threat?

Moreover, does this picture raise some eyebrows? If you ask your experts, they will confirm that these are not the nomad-adaptions to human tech, but these are 'the real thing'. I do not have to put the questions in here that are raised by this.

I can only repeat one last time: It is not the job of the Corsairs to get to the bottom of this, but it is in the CoF's best interest to do it yourself before others feel compelled to take the matter into their hands. We trust the CoF to show the leadership that is needed to calm this situation down by taking the necessary steps quickly.

Respetuosamente,

Chino Ernesto Chavez
