The only reasons we would EVER attack RM are as follows
1: Invading Liberty: I don't know about you, but exchanging 1 bad Government for another is not an option, we see you here we WILL likely attack you.
2: Aiding Allies/Friendlies to improve diplomatic Relations and distrupt the war efforts. (Nobody likes another nation trashing their own, especially since we want at least SOME of the infastructure/stations intact for when/if we get Liberty to be a free nation, not that you would destroy it, but we don't know that in RP.)
