Your event has a massive overlooked hole: the typical structure of NEMP events allows factions to undo the damage by retrieving specified commodities to repair the NEMP'd base. It'll be impossible for Wild/Nomads to get commodities to partake in that part of the event. They can't contract anyone to do it either because everyone else in Sirius is hostile.

Otherwise, Yao mentions my other concerns. At the least, I only feel those concerns are relevant because you want this event to have long-lasting RP consequences. On that note, Heaven's Gate becoming a human base again will basically shut down Aoi, and I can't see that as being positive.
