They weren't around all day. You really should stop argue on behalf of Sharky and Cleve if you weren't around. The thing is, it is really, really easy to, you know, do things and, you know, not hang around somewhere cloaked for an entire hour not responding to people who evidently were aware of the Oracles being present. If you don't have anything to do but doing nothing while cloaked pretending not to farm onlinetime, log off? Your faction shouldn't get rewarded with keeping officialdom for not being available for interaction while screenshotting things without context to throw mud back.

I think you don't know what the subject of disscussion is + you don't seem to be aware what actually happened, although you were as you said, a witness.
