I remember I did the same a couple of years ago, my mental health and physical was really down the drain, stressing out regarding things, things that ought not to affect ones health. This is a hobby, but people spend way too much time and effort into it, so far that it becomes a second life.

And when people get to the breaking point, some stick to it and then it becomes a hazard for ones health, the proper thing to do, is just what you are doing, get out.
