Konnichiwa honorable members of the Samura board, currently I'm working with the Hogosha Association and I'm contacting you with the proposition that might be interesting for you.

Gas Miner Guild as they usually do, overestimated itself and decided to end up in another war with Rheinland.
However this is the perfect oportunity for us to strike at it while it is weakened and stretched around several systems. We should use this opportunity to reinforce defences of the Kurile, bastion of the Kusari in the sigmas, and strike at Guild ownings in the region, anything that can be destroyed, damaged or pillaged.

So here is my proposition, Samura Industries will fund our little project and using that support I'll rally anyone who is interested in more aggresive stance towards the guild, unlike the majority of the association. Also I'll make sure to send you reports about our activities as frequent as possible.

I'm planning to organize more raids anyway, however your support will be more than welcome in our little endeavour.
