Gallia does not need delivery by your own hands : the MRG has, through the DGA, its own logistical wing, and given the very delicate nature of the cargo we require, I am certain you will understand that we would prefer to oversee things by ourselves.
What we DO need from you, on the other hand, is a recommendation of trustworthiness as per article §1.5 of the Rheinland Law. Only with it can we request the procurement of these elements to your government, after which we will organise supply routes to and from your installations, with your permission. I should have made this clearer on my first transmission : again, you have my apologies for this waste of time. I will ensure it does not occur again.
