Dealing with Liberty

The rogues are supposed to be constantly beat up by the lawfuls (in RP) and should always have to flee when the lawfuls show up, its a core part of their RP. They are also supposed to be poor, and not able to afford capships.

That said, I fully support maintaining a fighter/bomber fleet for pirating activities, and a capship to be parked in, say the badlands, incase of trouble, the fighters can flee to this capship. (Lawfuls should never enter the badlands)

My LR flies a Pirate transport, and when trouble shows up, he always runs away with his loot and hides in the badlands, or whatever hiding places are available.

All in all though, I dont think capships are the solution to capships. When I flew a capship for awhile, I wanted to encounter more capships, because those battles are fun. Mind you, I never chased fighters with my cruiser, I just took it out when large enemy fleets were incoming...
