With the shipments for New Year's coming it is expected that New York, Manhattan's bars will swiftly run out of alcohol. Even in space the holidays seem to not make hold of messing with shipments and work schedules. Even more reason to celebrate afterwards. Sake, Gin and Rheinbier are in big demand on Planet Manhattan.

The importance of Manhattan and New York has many people stuck there as shuttles, liners and other means of transportation are booked out. Many Socialites are stuck and cannot get home to Bretonia, Kusari or Rheinland. Ticket prices skyrocketed and the main capital spaceports are running on overdrive to process incoming ships as quickly as possible.
