I understand, but some factions got warned with meeting all the requirements. That's why i asked for clarification.

No faction got warned which met the requirements.

What you can see listed in the OP are factions getting warned first for not meeting the requirements for the first time, factions getting warned second and losing officialdom for not meeting the requirements the second time and factions who were warned before but met the requirements and are now good to go.

Those who met the requirements both previously and now are not listed.

One example would be: "The Oracles"

Oracles obviously didn't meet the 3-day requirement in 3 months with only 2 days 16 hours 25 minutes and 21 seconds of activity during this period.
