But anyways, we're Utopians from an unknown land spreading the word of free living. That's who the players are anyways. Not like an entire society would consist of... 6 people. So hostilities from Houses should be directed to US (<-- As in we, not the country:P) and not Zoners.

Since we're trying to remain neutral, perhaps the God-Chancellor (right? Not up to date with Rheinland politics) didn't want us turning his dedicates and attempted a hostile supression during a diplomatic meeting and we took their end of the offer and ran with it. (i.e. We'll help with technology if *insert thing*) Thus we acquired the ship designs and managed an escape. Where was I? Oh yes! Since we're attempting to remain neutral, Zoner IFF/ID suited us best, however hostilities cannot be met under these conditions.
