I think everyone is looking at this a little too critically at this point in time. Right now this "faction" is in its formational period (meaning no system, no set alliances or enemies, no set in stone goals). Meaning that all of the roleplay so far has gone off as a strange recruitment drive. I joined up with these guys this evening because I thought it would be a fun adventure whether or not it pans out.

From I roleplay perspective (which I played the part of a skeptical trader) it played out where they seemed to be some sort of kooks (like those crazy guys who preach about some cultist religion youve never heard of on the street corner). For most people it seems down right nutty. But there are always those 1 or 2 who seem to generally see merit in it (like cults again).

While this little project might not pan out, it is an interesting chance to see the actual rp of a faction forming. Most faction (I have to assume being rather new, sorry) are probably created after a lot of forethought, a dedicated core group of players to get it started, and then a nicely writen backstory.

In essence, being only 3-4 people before tonight as part of this faction, getting it going has been a great RP in itself. I find it fascinating how this could actually lead to a real faction (I.E. later you find out where they are suposed to be located, etc) if it is RP'd correctly. We could be seen as basically RPing part of the backstory each night.

That being said, if YOU people care to see it succeed, then help out by including us in some RP (please :)) LSF guys could take an interest in why this small cluster of ships is spewing anti-govermental propoganda (their point of view here) at every passing ship. RM already interacted with us some (to the worry of us hehe) about what we were doing in Rheinland space. You dont even have to be a police organization. A cluster of ships attracting other ships to them? Pirates might see this as good bait. Whatever you can think of. maybe you just hate crazies! But we could make this a fun project for everyone instead of bitch about each little thing you personally see wrong with it.

um wow I went on a rant. hehe. So thats my thoughts:)
