Chapter 1: Forget the Past, Glance at the Future.

It all started in 814 A.S. I will always remember the moment where I heard nothing more than screaming on the communication broadcast. Me and my Mother became Bretonian refugees from Kusari in Libertonian space. Our convoy left a couple of weeks ago and we came to Liberty in search of a place more quiet and happy then what we experienced in this past year. Living on Planet New Tokyo was very cozzy, nice and affordable. After all, I was born in Kusari after my Parents moved from New London in the search of bigger adventures. Kusari seemed to be the best fit for them. When I started walking to School on Planet New Tokyo, everyday spent close to home was worth it. My mother was involved in the logistics and maintenance unit. It was a nice time for her as she had the family she wanted and the money she needed to sustain a normal life. My father *he breathes heavily* Father...He worked in the business and trading compartment. Everyday He woke up early to start his trading process. The business part came after his trading process was done. He was a wise, full of courage, strong and a talented man. No wonder mother loved him so much. The first few weeks of 814 A.S. Were very good. I started to get volunteering done and got a job in Trading. Just what I wanted. But something was still missing for me. I wanted something better. Something to start on my own. A company. A business with my father would have been even nicer. The next week on a beautiful morning my father wakes me up which never happened before as he was supposed to be at work. “You and your mother have to get some place safe.” He said. I was confused and shocked. “ A convoy is waiting outside. You must hurry!” He exclaimed. We then understood that we are leaving to Liberty. The convoy was big. I didn’t see my mother nor my father. I was sure they were in the convoy. Sirens and patrols were going off everywhere. We sat there waiting for at least a week till we got to Manhatten. From the news we saw all that has happened. A war between Kusari and Bretonia has just begun. In a state of shock I was searching for my parents and found my mother. I was so happy. But father was no where to be seen. It bothered me a lot till the news broadcast turned on again with the news. I saw my fathers ship. It was it. It was him. When moments later a Kusari battleship decloaked. It was then when my heart fell.

To look back and say that our family was so connected with each other is a very...wrong statement in multiple ways. Me and my mother always did everything together. Be it anything ranging from house cleaning to helping my mother in her job. She worked for Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing when we lived in New London. She was doing her work and she knew how to do it properly. Working in the logistics unit she was always a very much needed help. My father on the other hand is a mystery. He always came back angry, tired and unwilling to do anything. He hated his job and he hated his family. He was working for Samura Industries. He was mainly working on the construction of H-fuel in Hokkaido. Samura paid him a very nice salary on a monthly basis but from what I heard he was not even satisfied with that. Some say he was taking some H-fuel from time to time to construct Jump drive prototypes. One of my friends father worked with father closely. He managed to tell me a rumor of my father going to Tohoku for reasons unknown. And I believed it. But I kept it as a secret.

A couple of days before the departure to Liberty A man came to me with a letter. The letter said that my father went as far as Omicron Minor. The letter then proceeded to talk about the cargo that was brought through Kusari. The cargo listed mostly consisted of alien organisms, water, oxygen, Kyushu rice and other resources but at the end of it all, a list of some sort of infested remains. When starting to wonder why he needed them I then realized what I saw on his ship before we left. It was a working prototype of a cloaking device.

Since then tensions fell down with bretonia and my bretonian passport was valid to go through Kusari. I decided to go back home to New Tokyo. Manhatten was geting crowded with pirates and unwanted people.

In New Tokyo I started my own trading company. Based on my father’s footsteps, Ab| trading and supplies was formed as a small trading group. After that was formed I wanted to create something of my own... work for myself and not for others... reach the goals and not fight for them... it is then when my construction started.
