[The Core]

Greetings Mr. J. Marston.

I have informed the President and we are pleased to hear your positive response. In this message I will try to clarify some things which may concern you but also to make a few more propositions.

- Interspace Commerce as the new majority shareholder will request a special convention of the Board. There, among other things, we will support the current management of AP Manufacturing with Erik Nodtviet as the CEO and Jack Marston as the Assistant CEO. We consider both of you as critical components of APM and frankly no one can adequately fill your shoes. Finally, we will propose one of our most senior members, Hiro Nomura for the position of Chief Manager.

- The price of a APM share today is moving around of $145 SC. Which means the purchase of 55% of the total shares is estimated at $797,500,000,000. The price will be locked there and the money will be ready for transfer until Mr Nodtviet returns and formally signs the purchase as the incumbent CEO.

- The purchase contract will be written under Libertonian and Bretonian business law. Which means, in a case of dispute, Liberty and/or Bretonian courts may resolve a matter.

- I would also like to ask all of the APM official documentation to be updated in the coming months and mention IC's participation as the major shareholder. This is not urgent however.

Moving on, this purchase has further repercussions; a strategic alliance and partnership between Interspace Commerce and APM/The Core is born and we believe it should be reflected in a number of ways.

1. Interspace Commerce vessels will receive a permanent visa in Core-controlled space. This is mostly for appearances, as you may well know we have a strong reluctance and opposition in the interaction with jump hole anomalies which we use only for emergencies.

2. The Core will be registered on the Interspace Commerce Megaboard and will receive the same special bonuses with the Bounty Hunters Guild.

3. Due to this close partnership, Interspace Commerce vessels bearing the IC| tag are allowed to purchase APM technology without additional fees and costs from the local ship vendors. Subsequent notification of APM registry for purchased technology however remains mandatory.

4. We will invite the reporters of IC News to improve the public image of the Core which is currently at an all-time low. For example, an exclusive first interview when Erik Nodtviet returns with one of our best reporters will be an excellent opportunity to start changing public opinion.
