And as I said, I was being ganked, chased and rule broken against for years now in Liberty. I learned to "deal with it".

Thats becouse you are (probably), like me, trough all kinds of crap in RL, so you are not easily upset with pethy things in this or in any other game.
But many other players cant deal with it, for varius reasons (if they are kids for example), so they simply cant deal with it, they need help or protection.
