We're investigating a recent string of open jobs that have been posted on the neural net. The individuals give little detail but ask for information and technology which is... Unusual, to say the least. We've made contact with them recently, and discovered that they're rather well equipped. Visually it appears to mostly be salvaged technology, and with the information you've provided, it may warrant an even deeper investigation into their activities and allow us to shed some light on where they may come from.

It's our hope that whatever technology they may possess or be searching for, we can get to it first. These individuals appear paranoid and unstable, and it may fall down to us having to put an end to their movement, whatever it may be.
