The Crayter Republic and the Coalition have been close friends for a very long time. Right after the Gallic invasion a considerable number of Cryter citizens and military personell found shelter in Omega 52 and joined your forces as the so called Sevastopol Division.
Even before the formation of this Division, our nations have exchanged technology and knowledge and we intend to keep doing so in the future. In regards to this, it has come to my intention, that previous members of the Crayer Republics government have failed to fill the proper documentation, as visa matters never had been an issue between our nations and a free flow of goods and people had been ensured due to our mutual understanding, it appears that they simply did not deem this to be necessary.
However, as a sign of good will and to ensure that there is the same treatment for us, as there is for the other numerous friends of the Coalition, we hereby make up their leeway.
