We do build our bases in dense asteroid fields and dark matter clouds because they serve use the same purpose as a dense jungle for the ancient partisans. No army can defeat a partisan in the jungle. We do consider northern Liberty ours because we can perform hit and run operations there virtually unchallenged. We do not plan to invade Hellfire Legion's lair. We will though continue to penetrate their defense grid and obstruct mining operations there.
