Maybe i will repeat some of the questions others asked, maybe not.
Why do you want official status so badly? Provided what you said its true and you've set it as a goal, there must be a reason. Do you know the pros and cons of that status, especially now that your faction would be the third Liberty Navy faction?
And lets just theorize that you reach it and get official status. Do you have any plans or any idea how to work with the rest of the factions? Not just the 5th| and the [LN] but the rest of the Liberty factions as a whole. From the LPI- to the [HF].
What are your plans for working together with the rest of the Navy factions?
I sincererly suggest to go over theese points along with the points raised by the rest of the community. I'm not trying to make you stop from prusuing your goal, but you need to ask yourself if reaching officialdom with this Navy faction is really what you want? And if its simply officialdom you seek with a faction. Why not create one with an ID that curently lacks one. Its much more easier in a way that people will not ask the question "What makes you different from the already existing one?" because there is no existing one.
