This will shortly be corrected in the ID proposals. The Junker Guard ID will still allow capships, but if you go around flaunting them then good luck staying non-KoS with... anybody?

Akumabito has some sort of grudge. A very weird, logic-distorting, very personal grudge, directed mainly at the Outcasts (notice how the 101st politely asking people to be responsible with their destroyers is met with far more hostility than, say, Rheinland, where:

Rheinland Law:

Rule #5: Independent Military are Restricted!
- No pilot other then [RM] official are to enforce our laws.
- All Rheinland Ship and IDed pilots are to give a full background on how they acquired their ships. (And we don't buy bogus stories)
- [RM] have command over any independent pilot, Military or not. We don't care for what class vessel you're flying.

Note that we won't force any independent pilot into a fight, as they are not one of our own, they have their own choice.
