It is good to see there are those who of the opinion that the Order Prime fleets have lost their way under the leadership of Golanski.

I am known as The Bearer Commander of the Order Vessel Bulwark. My Codename and ship name do share a theme as i had hoped to form a new Order, one made up of those who remember the original objective of The Order of Cincinnatus, we would become a New SHIELD for humanity and focus our efforts on the only Foe we should, The Slomon K'Hara and any of the offshoot Nomads that have since formed.

Alas my project has stalled if not died, my ship alone is no real threat and the Damage to relations caused by the Primary Fleets is hindering our operations within the Omicrons, for what few victories we have achieved we have met with more failures, a mix of inexperience, lack of resources manpower and the neighbors.

I desired to create the SHIELD in order for their to be some of us who will fill the gaps being left by the Blind Order, to stop squandering resources on pointless Conflicts outside of our objectives and to fully focus on the one true threat to humanity.

What little we have to offer the Bulwark and her crew are at your disposal.
Together perhaps we can become the SHIELD humanity needs
