Buenos días Flottileadmiral Hans Schultz

I trust you are well since our meeting.
As you had requested I am sending a formal request on behalf of Apostatas to you Flottileadmiral Hans Schultz of the BDM.
The request is simple and yet vital as I had explained to you. Smaller details can be send to us on sorting out what would be required of us.Now..

Our Request is as follows:
1.We of Apostatas would formally request a ceasfire with all Rheinland forces.
2.For full neutrality with any or all Rheinland Forces,Corporations and Government
3.Full Docking rights in Rheinland space
4.Trade to be allowed between Apostatas and Rheinland Corporations and/or any other Rheinland faction

What we offer in turn:
1.Halt all hostilities towards any and all Rheinland ships, assets and interests.
2.Assisting in the war against our and your mortal enemies, the Red Hessians
3.The stop of all smuggling operations through Rheinland.
4.Keeping all Apostatas war ships/crafts out of Rheinland space unless requested so by any of the Armed forces of Rheinland

Our request is simple and we will honor our words, as we sincerely hope you would do the same.
I have already ordered the stop of all warships moving against Rheinland while the peace talks are underway. But I do hope that the talks would also be kept within the circle of Rheinlands civilized society. I would fear what would happen should any of our hermanos find out or their allies. It is imperative that the Rheinland Government knows that our actions are that of hope and of vision for the future. Our acts are that of those who want a better future for their people.

I also do hope you remember our small request regarding the Unioners.

We shall await your reply with hope of a better future.
