[+] Hellfire Legion
The Hellfire Legion is a paramilitary faction seeking to overthrow Liberty's government or attain independence from Liberty. The Hellfire Legion was formed by disheartened Liberty Navy pilots who believe a change in power is necessary to ensure the safety and prosperity of Liberty and it's people.

Vessels carrying this ID belong to the Hellfire Legion, who:

- Can trade and escort traders.
- Can attack any ship in self-defense, to protect another Hellfire ship, in defense of Hellfire bases.
- Can attack any ship within their Zone of Influence. Transports cannot be attacked except for the two exceptions below.
- Can treat Liberty Navy, Liberty Security Force, transports within the Hellfire Zone of Influence as combat targets.
- Can demand Cardamine, Slaves, Nox, Artifacts, Liquid Cardamine from any ship (including transports) and destroy them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with Liberty lawfuls and unlawfuls except Corporations & Xenos.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

Zone of Influence: Liberty systems, systems directly bordering Liberty, Vespucci, Humboldt, Kansas, Coronado, Inverness.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers.
[+] Xenos
The Xenos are an ultranationalist terrorist group in Liberty who focus on the expulsion of foreigners. They prefer to hit foreign shippers instead of Liberty shippers, and prefer to destroy rather then steal.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Xenos, who:

- Can attack any ships not belonging to Liberty corporations within their Zone of Influence. Can treat Transports as combat targets.
- Can demand cargo from any ship within their Zone of Influence.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

Zone of Influence: Liberty, systems directly bordering Liberty, Humboldt, Vespucci, Shikoku.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports
[+] Lane Hackers
The Lane Hackers are a criminal group in Liberty who focus on piracy of high-value targets. They prefer to attack Ageira, Universal, Interspace and DSE ships, or shipments of high-tech equipment, especially Trade Lane and Jump Gate components.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Lane Hackers, who:
- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
_ Can attack Ageira, Interspace and IND anywhere.
- Can treat Transports carrying Ageira Whiteboxes and Gate/Lane parts as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Liberty Rogues are a criminal group in Liberty which focus on smuggling and piracy. They are allied with the Outcasts, the Lane Hackers and the Unioners, and often work with the Junkers.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of Liberty Rogues, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Mollys are a Bretonian Unlawful faction that formed out of revolting BMM miners. They focus on Piracy and smuggling Gold. They prefer to attack BMM and are most numerous in the Dublin system. They are enemies of the Corsairs.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Mollys, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can attack BMM anywhere.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except against Bretonia Lawfuls or Corsairs.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

Zone of Influence: Bretonia, systems directly bordering Bretonia.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers
[+] Gaians
The Gaians are an eco-terrorist faction. They oppose terraforming and the exploitation of Planet Gaia in the Edinburgh system. They prefer to attack Planetform.

Pilot carring this unlawful ID is a member of the Gaians, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can attack Planetform and Orbital Spa anywhere.
- Can treat Transports carrying Terraforming Gases or Gaian Wildlife as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo, except for the Corsair Train

Zone of Influence: Bretonia, systems directly bordering Bretonia, California, Vespucci, Inverness, Omegas, Taus
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
[+] Privateers
The Privateers are a group of mercenaries and pirates who engage in piracy and raiding of houses or factions Bretonia considers hostile. They are secretly supplied and sanctioned by Bretonia, and may not commit unlawful acts inside Bretonia or against Bretonian corporations or Bretonian allies.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a Bretonian Privateer, who:

- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect an allied ship.
- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports. Ships belonging to Bretonian corporations or allies of Bretonia are exempted from this.
- Can demand cargo and credits outside of Bretonia from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply. Ships belonging to Bretonian corporations or allies of Bretonia are exempted from this.
- Cannot ally with anyone except with Bretonian lawfuls, Golden Chrysanthenums, Outcasts, Council, and Maquis.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Blood Dragons are a revolutionary group who wish to overthrow the Kusari government and restore their imperial line. They also oppose Nomad influences in Kusari, and are allied with The Order and the Golden Chrysanthemums.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Blood Dragons, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except for the GMG.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Farmers Alliance are an ultranationalist terrorist group who wish to rid Kusari of foreign influences, especially Synth Foods. They are secretly supported by Samura.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of Farmers Alliance, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports. Ships belonging to Samura are exempted from this.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply. Ships belonging to Samura are exempted from this.
- Can attack Synth Foods anywhere.
- Can treat any ship carrying Synth Paste or Synth Gel as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except for Samura.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Golden Chrysanthemums are a revolutionary group who want equal rights for women in Kusari society. They promote Cardamine use in Kusari. They are allied with the Outcasts and the Blood Dragons.

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except for the GMG and Interspace.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Unioners are a criminal faction who frequently attack Republican ships. They focus mainly on piracy and smuggling. They cooperate with both Corsairs and Red Hessians.

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

[+] Red Hessians
The Red Hessians are a large revolutionary group in Rheinland who consider the Rheinland government corrupt and in need of overthrowing. They often commit acts of piracy and attacks on Kruger and Daumann. They are also enemies of the Corsairs and are allied with the LWB and Bundschuh.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Red Hessians, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can treat ships carrying Artifacts as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except with Interspace, or Rheinland Lawfuls against Liberty Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

The Bundschuh are a revolutionary faction in Rheinland who consider the Rheinland government corrupt and in need of overthrowing. They occasionally commit acts of piracy to support their cause.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Bundschuh, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except with or against Rheinland Military or Rheinland Police.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

[+] The Council
The Council is a large revolutionary movement in Gallia who want to overthrow the Gallic monarchy and install a republic. They prefer to not attack civilian targets. The Council is allied with the Maquis and the Brigands.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Council, who:

- Can demand contraband and levy fines within their Zone of Influence, and attack if ships refuse to comply.
- Can attack Unlawfuls, Quasi-Lawfuls and ships which belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by the Council within their Zone of Influence.
- Can defend allied or neutral ships and bases within their Zone of Influence.
- Can escort traders within their Zone of Influence.
- Cannot participate in Unlawful actions except as described above.
- Cannot use any transport with more than 4,300 cargo.

Zone of Influence: Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds, Taus, Bretonia
Permitted ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruiser, Battleships
[+] The Maquis
The Maquis are a terrorist faction which broke away from the Council, who want to overthrow the Gallic monarchy. They often attack civilian targets. They are allied with the Council.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Maquis, who:

- Can attack any Gallic Lawful ships within their Zone of Influence. Can treat Transports as combat targets.
- Can demand cargo from any ship within their Zone of Influence.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls, except against Gallic Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo except for the l'Ane and Vache.

Zone of Influence: Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds, Taus

[+] Gallic Brigands
The Gallic Brigands are a loosely organised criminal faction in Gallia who focus on smuggling and piracy. They are allied to the Council.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Gallic Brigands, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.

Zone of Influence: Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds, Taus, Kyushu
Permitted ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
[+] The Outcasts
The Outcasts are a large criminal faction founded from the descendents of the Hispania. They focus on piracy and Cardamine smuggling. They are allied with the Golden Chrysanthemums, Lane Hackers and Liberty Rogues. Their enemies include the IMG, Order and Corsairs. The Outcasts generally do not attack Nomads. Some Outcasts are known to revere the Nomads.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Outcasts, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can treat ships carrying Artifacts or Stabiline as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except with Bretonian Lawfuls against other Unlawfuls or Gallic Royal Navy only.

Zone of Influence: Bretonia, Liberty, Kusari, Taus, Sigmas, Omicrons, Gallic Borderworlds, Magellan, Cortez, Coronado
Permitted ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
[+] The Corsairs
The Corsairs are a large criminal faction founded from the descendents of the Hispania. They focus on piracy and Alien Artifact smuggling. They are allied with the Hogosha, cooperate with the Gaians and the Unioners. Their enemies include the Red Hessians and Outcasts.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Corsairs, who:

- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except Transports.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can treat ships carrying Blood Diamonds and Cardamine as combat targets.
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls except with Kusari Lawfuls against other Unlawfuls only.

Zone of Influence: Bretonia, Omegas, Sigmas, Omicrons, Honshu, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Dresden
Permitted ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
[+] The Coalition
The Coalition consists of descendants of the Coalition forces that stowed away on the Hispania and sabotaged the ship before it arrived in the Sirius sector, and people who sympathise with their cause and have joined them. They are considered enemies by all five house, but cooperate with the Mollys and Red Hessians.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Coalition, who:

- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect an allied ship.
- Can attack ships which belong to a house or organization considered hostile by the Coalition, except Transports.
- Can demand Slaves, Cardamine, Liquid Cardamine, Artifacts, Nox, Hypnotainment Bands, Nomad equipment, Nomad remains, and attack if ships refuse to comply.
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 4,300 cargo.
- Cannot participate in Unlawful actions except as described above.

Zone of Influence: Sirius-wide
Permitted ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers
[+] The Order
The Order is an organisation which has its roots in Liberty. Founded to counter the threat posed by subversion of human bodies by the aliens known as 'Nomads', the Order operates Sirius-wide to counteract Nomad activity. They are considered a terrorist faction by all major Houses however, and are in conflict with The Core. Their allies include the Bundschuh and the Blood Dragons.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is enlisted in the Order, who:

- Can attack Lawfuls, Unlawfuls and Quasi-Lawfuls in self-defense, to protect an allied or neutral Lawful ship, or in defense of bases of the same affiliation.
- Can attack Unlawfuls, Quasi-Lawfuls and ships which belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by the Order, except Transports.
- Can demand Alien Artifacts, Nomad equipment and Nomad remains from any ship, and attack if ships refuse to comply.
- Can attack Wild, Nomad, Outcasts, BHG, BHG Core, LSF, MND, Kempeitai and BIS ships, and any ships equipped with Nomad equipment.
- Cannot bring Cruisers or Battleshipss into any system containing a Jump Gate with the exception of Sigma-19, Sigma-17 and the Omicrons.
- Cannot participate in Unlawful actions except as described above.

Zone of Influence: Sirius-wide

[+] The Nomads
The Nomads are sentient biological machines left over from a highly advanced alien race known as the ''Daam K'vosh''. The Daam K'vosh had intended to let the Nomads develop and colonise Sirius, but the human arrival disrupted this. The humans have taken many secrets which were left behind for the Nomads: Trade lanes, Jump gates, Cruise engines, Cardamine longevity. The Nomads can subvert humans by infesting their bodies.

Entity carrying this ID is a Nomad, which:

- Can freely engage any ship in the systems listed in the ZoI except for Nomad and Wilde ships.
- Can treat Transports as combat targets, except while flying the Nomad Cruiser.
- Cannot leave it's ZoI - listed below on this ID
- Cannot ally with anyone except Nomads and Wild
- Cannot demand credits
- Cannot land anywhere except Nomad and Wild bases
- Is requested to follow the roleplay engagement rules while uncloaked, prior to combat

Zone of Influence: Omicrons, Tau-37, All Omegas systems except for Omega-3, Omega-7 and Omega-11
Allowed ships: Nomad Light Fighter, Nomad Fighter, Nomad Assassin, Nomad Bomber, Nomad Gunboat, Nomad Cruiser
[+] Pirate
Independent Pirates are people who want to make money by extorting it from others or through other unlawful means. An independent pirate acts only for his own benefit, and has no allegiance to anyone.

Pilots carrying this unlawful ID is a Pirate, who:

- Can defend itself and ships of the same affiliation.
- Can demand Credits or Cargo from Freighters, Transports and Liners in House space and attack them if they do not comply
- Can pirate any ship outside of House space (Bold and Italic) and attack them if they do not comply
- Cannot ally with any Lawfuls
- Cannot use any Transports with more than 3,600 cargo, except for the Pirate Train.

Zone of Influence: Sirius-wide
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
