Good, I'll give you the brief overview:

About three years ago before my time within any commanding position, the BDM contacted the defunct crimson cross, a previous governing body of the Maltese territories. They were supplied weapons and munitions with untraceable origins In terms of intelligence on Nomad positions, influence and allowed access within restricted systems for a short amount of time.

I read over these documents and kept contact with the Cross, we made some negotiations that allowed for Cardamine trade to stay out of Rheinland whine enabling a Non-aggression pact between our parties. I've brought up a recent statistic reports with Rheinlands crime and hostilities and concluded this.

-Cardamine usage is low, thanks both to strong education against narcotics use of any sort.
-Acts of piracy and crime have been low within Rheinlands territories along with external acts against Rheinland civilians.
-Current Maltese foreign relations support efforts against the Corsair, GMG, Order and most of Rheinlands Unlawful organisations.

They've previously had talks with the Bundestag and we held a vote recently for a removal as being listed as a enemy of the Republic. The vote came close but due to a stalemate and no majority vote, they are still currently listed as a enemy of the state.

Regardless though, our operations with them carried on within the omicrons and continued communication between them have resulted in a secret deployment of Buro troops and assault craft on an installation in Omicron Beta on a Maltese installation named Catania. Its currently one of our Forward operation bases against the Corsair advance. We've also recently had joint operations against the Corsairs and their Unioner allies, they've been heavily co-operative and our agreements have come to a level of trust. They're a party that have proven themselves useful in combat and logistic scenarios, and are hoping to maintain the peace between them while we continue to rid of the threats and enemies that we both share.

If you're willing to come and at least possibly talk and negotiate with them in person, it would at least be some comfort that we may continue these operations with the trust of yourself.
